  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details on our servers.
  • Usage data: Basic analytics (page views, referral source) to understand how our site is used. We do not use invasive tracking, fingerprinting, or third-party ad networks.

How We Use Your Data

  • Transactional emails: Order confirmations, download links, and support communications. Sent via Resend.
  • Newsletter (optional): If you opt in, we send product updates and industry insights via AWeber. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your account and purchase information for as long as your license is active and as required for legal, tax, and business purposes. If you request deletion of your data, we will comply within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use the following third-party services to operate MedTechCMM. Each processes data only as necessary to provide their service:

  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery
  • AWeber — Newsletter and email marketing
